This honey is made in extremely limited quantities from the beautiful old Sugargum (Eucalyptus Cladocalyx) forests on the Southern Right property. Honey, like wine, is capable of expressing subtle variations in character depending on its origin. Honey from pristine Sugargums is particularly sought after for its fine fragrance and flavour.
